BRT+ develops a research about mobility during the pandemic

BRT+ Centre  is developing an international study which main goal is to identify the changes in travel behavior due to Covid-19 emergency, with a special emphazise on work trips. In addition, it intends to understand how spatial conditions in which work is performed have been modified and to evaluate the reach of work-from-home implementation.

In order to carry out this research, travel surveys are being applied during lockdown in different cities of Latin America, North America, South Africa and Australia. The survey is being applied in successive periods in order to evaluate the changes in people’s behaviour, including a last medition post-lockdown.
